Hey guys,

I recently came across an Ibanez Les Paul custom copy from the early 70s. It has ebony fretboard and set neck. No logo though. What do you think it's worth?

I'd say maybe $300 to $500 ?

The thing is this though, HOW DOES IT SOUND AND PLAY ? If it is of the quality that the mid '70's to mid '80's Japanese guitars are (Ibanez, Greco, Tokai, etc) and if it is easily substantiated the guitars ORIGIN (JAPAN), then I think it is definately worth a decent amount.

I was not able to find out. The guitar was sold pretty quickly. Although the price was significantly lowered after I let the owner know that Ibanez without an Ibanez logo is not Ibanez.
